Business Development Reps (BDRs)

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and promoting our clients suite of services. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients potential clients, making you the face of our clients brand. If you’re an ambitious, professional individual with a flair for communication and a knack for developing business, we’d like to meet you.
- Generate leads through email campaigns, SMS and social media platforms.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Conduct research to understand companies that may be in a buying cycle via Zoominfo, G2 and Bombora
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM tools to track activities and report on KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in BPO or VA environment.
- Proven track record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven.
- Availability to work US business hours
