Sales Executive

Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in acquiring and maintaining new clients for our portfolio of HubSpot software and inbound/outbound marketing services. Working independently, you will identify opportunities, strategize outreach, and close deals to generate revenue. This is a remote, U.S.-based position requiring at least 3 years of experience, offering a base salary plus commission.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify business opportunities within the focus industries.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through to contract negotiation and close.
- Articulate the value proposition of SmithDigital marketing services and HubSpot software.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline, balancing short-term wins with long-term prospects.
- Meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Work independently to manage your schedule, leads, and sales process.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports via HubSpot.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience selling digital marketing software and/or
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales activities and customer data.
- Compensation includes base salary plus commission.
