1. BDR Market Coverage Calculator
Size your BDR team based on the companies and contacts you want to reach, and the time available.
Your Target Market
Unique companies you want the BDR program to work.
Relevant people you plan to target at each company. Increase this for a larger buying committee.
Capacity Per BDR
250 calls per day
50 new sequence enrollments per day
100 emails per day
Assumes 20 working days per month and one enrollment per unique contact.
Results update as you change your inputs.
Coverage means enrolling the entered average number of unique contacts per company for one outreach pass. Staffing is calculated from new enrollment capacity and rounded up to whole BDRs. Call and email figures represent available capacity, not a prescribed number of touches per contact. Re-enrollment, repeated coverage cycles, ramp-up, and list preparation time are excluded.
2. Sales Funnel & ROI Calculator
Model how companies worked could turn into leads, sales opportunities, customers, and financial return.
Companies & Conversions
Companies actually worked during the program, which may be smaller than the full market.
Companies that show positive interest and meet your agreed lead criteria.
Leads accepted into the client's active sales pipeline.
The client's opportunity-to-closed-won conversion rate.
Program Investment
Customer Economics
Assumes customers remain active at the same annual value throughout this period.
Results update as you change your inputs.
Funnel and ROI inputs are independent of the coverage calculator. The capacity check uses the average contacts per company entered above. Conversion rates are company-level and assume one lead, opportunity, and new customer per company. Fractional results are retained for scenario modeling; they do not represent literal partial customers.
ROI equals customer gross profit value minus total program investment, divided by total program investment. Customer value covers the selected number of years after acquisition, not cash received during the program. The model excludes acquisition timing, churn, discounting, internal sales costs, and other operating expenses. Defaults are illustrative, not guaranteed outcomes.
